Prayer Behind Bars Forum!

On Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 6:00pm at the El Shaddai Congregation, a forum took place that discussed what part prayer plays in Correctional facilities and thus how it should play a stronger role in the lives of believers on the outside. We heard from current and former chaplains and other service providers.

Also chaplains and prison ministry volunteers encouraged guests to implement a prayer service in their local facilities in honor of the National Day of Prayer, held on the first Thursday in May.

The Forum was held at 6:00pm at the El Shaddai Congregation, 206 E 4th St, Frederick, Maryland 21701. Light refreshments were provided.
